Discovered and specifically curated by Germán González, one of the greatest living tequileros, Mata de Monte is an authentic vino mezcal, or traditional, low-alcohol Salmiana agave distillate, that was the popular drink in Guanajuato for more than two hundred years. The same smooth, pure flavor now meets growing demand for clean, low ABV spirits.

Mata de Monte is naturally distilled to 29% ABV, the point at which it reaches its perfect flavor. The light notes create a refreshing spirit either straight up or mixed.
